HIPAA Self-Directed Risk Assessment Successfully Implemented at Yoakum County Hospital

Austin, Texas (ContentDesk) November 28, 2005 -- CynergisTek, Inc. and Blass Consulting, LLC, leaders in information security solutions, announced today the successful launch of the Self-Directed Risk Assessment Solution (SDRA) at Yoakum County Hospital.

Smaller covered entities, particularly hospitals with less than 175 beds, have all the requirements of HIPAA but may not have the budget or the expertise internally to navigate the standards as they apply to their organization.
Many times, hospitals in this market segment simply cannot afford the fees associated with using independent consulting firms to perform a traditional, best-practice risk assessment....

Buy stair lifts online

Buy stair lifts onlineStair lifts ? all sortsNo stair lifts and 18 years of full time caring of my disabled sweetheart (she died Sept 2004) I can barely walk because of serious arm and back pain. Had I taken more time and good advise from folks around me I'd be in much better condition today for sure. Years ago when all this started I couldn't afford the various devices that were available. I wish I could've had a stair lift and medical equipment support for transporting and lifting along with proper training. Shopping for these items and buying online now days is easy.Medicare didn't and still in most cases doesn't help much financially and the H.M.O's don't seem too interested in helping either.

I felt as though their mission was to get rid of me and not spend any money. Nevertheless, today you can purchase all sorts of products for the disabled including wheelchairs, electric, manual, curved, handicapped home lifting equipment. Moving around the home has never been easier with...

Concerning Mulch - PART ONE

Copyright ? 2005 "I don't want any weeds to have to deal with."The infamous statement uttered by millions. That is a pretty tall order to attempt to fill. Over the years, I have discovered that many people believe the fallacy that rock mulch over plastic or landscape cloth will render their planting free of weeds forever and ever. Covering up the soil equals no weeds? In truth this is an absolutely not possible. After fighting weeds on hundreds of acres over decades of weeks, I can assure you it is just not possible.

Nothing is sure in life but weeds and taxes. It is best to Accept the fact that one will have to deal with them after a while. That plastic will begin to deteriorate and poke up through the mulch looking very unsightly. Don't try to remove it after a few years either, it will fall all apart and be partly under the dirt and partly stuck in the root systems of the maturing shrubs. You'll not be able to till up parts of the bed for a new look without angst over the rototiller...

Cape Cod Hotels

Cape Cod has a wide variety of lodging options to suit the requirements of every vacationer. From luxury resorts to camping; from chocolates on your pillow to walking to the bathroom facilities - you can select the level of service and cost that you desire - and most importantly - that fits your wallet!

There over 375 places to choose from to stay at on Cape Cod and the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Hotels and motels account for about a half of this number, with bed and breakfasts making up about 35%. We found 23 campgrounds and there are also quite a few luxury resorts. The rates varied as widely as the variety of accommodations.

And, of course, you can expect to pay top dollar during "high season" in July and August. Since more and more people travel in the late spring and early fall these days, we have noticed that rates have for those times are not as low as they used to be, but they are still quite a bit cheaper than prime summer time.
